We will continue to operate a ‘By Appointment Only’ system for visiting our properties and development sites, and we also recommend that you contact any estate agents that are selling properties on our behalf to discuss their protocols regarding social distancing should you need to visit them.

We will maintain our hygiene, cleaning, and safety measures; including the provision of hand sanitiser for both staff and visitors and ensure the anti-bacterial cleaning of all surfaces and areas that may come into contact with both visitors and our employees.

New Homeowners

While we are taking every effort to minimise disruption and to ensure safety to anyone looking to purchase a new property, for new homeowners during pandemic restrictions there may be delays or extra provisions that need to be considered in terms of snagging/repairs.

As throughout the restrictions, we remain ‘virtually’ open to assist you in making your move to a new home.
